I worked as the accounting coordinator for Imagine Music Festival 2023, working directly with the festival co-founder to organize all accounts payable information using BILL.com and Airtable. I confirmed payment information for 400+ vendors and organized hundreds of invoices totaling over $5 million dollars. 

I also worked on site at Kingston Downs in Rome, Ga for over a week leading up to and throughout the festival weekend. While there, I was responsible for loading and tracking all departmental PEX cards and receipts. 

This was such a fun and unique work experience!

Imagine Music Festival is a 4-day electronic music festival produced by Iris Presents. Iris is an Atlanta-based electronic dance music event and promotion company founded in 1996. The company is committed to spreading joy, light, positivity and fun to the community through imaginative, live and interactive entertainment experiences. Imagine brought over 50,000 music fans together for the festival weekend in 2023, September 15th-18th.
