New Georgia Project (NGP) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan civic engagement organization working to build power with and increase the civic participation

of the New Georgia Majority—Black, Latinx, AAPI, and young Georgians—and other historically marginalized communities. 

I worked full-time at New Georgia Project (NGP) from July 2021 - July 2022. While there, I worked as an Operations Associate, performing a range of administrative and project management tasks.

In December 2021 - March 2022, I lead our field office expansion project. Under my management, we leased 13 new field offices in under 4 months. I lead the search for new office spaces across the state, working with our Field Department and Real Estate agent to finalize a checklist of needs and organize tours. I worked with our legal department to review and finalize leases and then coordinated with our Atlanta office manager to furnish all spaces and prepare them for staff.
