On Saturday, October 29, 2022, The Bakery produced a large-scale Halloween event with local DJ Collective, Render, at South River Art Studios in Southeast Atlanta with 750+ people in attendance. With 12 musical acts and 12+ activations/art installations, this event took several months of planning.
My role was ‘Lead Administrator’ and I was given a range of responsibilities. I assisted with managing our ticketing platform and analytics, The Bakery’s marketing plan, and creating internal documents for our 6 team leads. I hired and was the point of contact for our 6 door staff, 4 greeters, and 2 photographers. After the event, I created budget reports and a payout document to secure payments for 45+ artists and creatives.

In essence, every ritual symbolizes creation. While being closely bound with the rhythm of the astral movements, at the same time, every ritual is a meeting, a confluence of forces and patterns. The significance of rituals stems from the accumulated power of these forces when merged, harmoniously, one with the other.
